The Good and the Bad
Cody Johnson was great and we enjoyed his performance a lot. The venue, however needs a bit of help. It's a great spot but the amenities did not match up well with the amount of people in the crowd. The shortage of bathroom facilities was ridiculous. The lines were so long people were using the great outdoors for relief. The lines to the bar were also frustrating. You had to choose between getting a drink or missing quite a bit of the concert. So, more restrooms and additional bars.
We had two VIP tickets and upon arriving we saw that the setup of the VIP section was interesting. The GA PIT section was about 2/3 of the pit and the VIP took up the remaining area. That seemed off a bit. I'm guessing the artists get to decide how that is laid out but then it should be priced accordingly. Not sure I'd opt for that ticket again.
All in all I enjoyed the entertainment but some more help and better management of Las Colonias is defiantly needed.
